Refunds & cancellation
Withdrawal rights, cooling-off, pro-rata refunds and what happens if a programme is cancelled.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from enrolment within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. If teaching has already begun at your express request during that period, you pay only for the teaching delivered up to the withdrawal.
2. Before the programme starts
Cancel before the first session and the institute refunds everything paid, less any payment processor fee it has actually incurred. No question is asked and no reason is required.
3. After the programme starts
After the withdrawal period, refunds are pro-rata to teaching not yet delivered, calculated by block. If you withdraw during a block, that block is treated as delivered. One resubmission per block is included and is not charged again.
4. If the institute cancels
If a programme is cancelled or materially changed before it starts, you may take a full refund or transfer to another programme. If it is cancelled mid-programme, fees for undelivered blocks are refunded in full, or transferred at your choice.
5. What is not refundable
Fees for blocks already delivered, and any third-party cost the institute has incurred at your request (for example an external examiner booked for a resubmission outside the included one).
6. How to ask
Write to the admissions address from the email used to enrol, stating the programme and the date. Refunds are paid within 14 days of agreement, by the method used to pay.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing here removes a consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.
